This policy covers cancellations and refunds of booking amounts, advisory fees and token money paid to or through H.K. Properties.
Advisory / consultation fees
Advisory fees paid for site visits, document review or transaction structuring are non-refundable once the service has been rendered.
Property bookings
For property bookings facilitated by H.K. Properties:
- Cancellation by the buyer within 7 days of booking — 90% of the booking amount refunded after deduction of administrative & legal expenses
- Cancellation between 8 and 30 days — 75% refunded
- Cancellation after 30 days — as per the developer's allotment letter / agreement
- Cancellation by the developer for non-completion — full refund along with applicable interest
Process & timeline
Refund requests must be made in writing to refunds@hkproperties.in along with original receipts. Verified refunds are processed within 21 working days to the original payment instrument.
Force majeure
Events beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, regulatory action, etc.) may extend the refund timeline; the Company shall communicate revised timelines transparently.
